1. Ekko also scales extremely well from my experience, his damage values only grow bigger in the game the more items he buys, every item is a great powerspike, late game he is a extremely good Duelist (with % CdR) and he can kill most squishies in one Rotation .

6. It also depends on what lane you're playing. I almost always recommend for top lane Magic Pen reds, AP quints, cdr/lvl blues x6 (then x3 MR scaling preferably). On the other hand, in mid lane I'd almost never give up my 9 flat MR blues due to the prevalance of ranged mage poke. However, in the jungle I run something completely different.
